This CrossFit gym in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is a high-intensity training space created by the customer after a comprehensive renovation of an old warehouse of 600 square meters. As an important commercial city in the capital of Brazil, Sao Paulo has a strong fitness atmosphere and fierce market competition. Therefore, the customer regarded the professionalism of equipment configuration and space layout as the core in the early stage of the construction of the venue.

In the early stage of preparation, the customer found our Mango Fitness Equipment through the Facebook platform and expressed the hope to find a Chinese supplier with complete equipment and mature experience as a long-term partner. At the same time, the customer also compared a number of Chinese CrossFit equipment manufacturers. After a series of parameter comparisons, communication responses and program evaluations, the customer finally decided to choose us - not only because we have the production capacity of a full set of CrossFit equipment, but more importantly, we provide a one-stop procurement solution, which greatly reduces the communication and coordination costs of customers in the procurement process.

In the initial communication, we learned that the customer already had a general idea of site planning. In order to help customers complete equipment configuration and site utilization more intuitively, we specially arranged a design team to carry out professional space layout design based on the warehouse size provided by the customer.

Our design team has many years of experience in fitness space design and has served various CrossFit training halls, functional training areas and warehouse-type gyms around the world. In this project, the team made reasonable divisions based on the spatial divisions and movement lines of the 600㎡ venue: a large area of WOD area, weightlifting squat area, stretching training area and physical training channel are set up to ensure that the training process is efficient, safe and uncrowded.

All design drawings are made for customers free of charge and repeatedly optimized and modified until they are satisfied, which not only saves the cost of hiring interior designers for customers, but also provides a clear reference for the later construction of the venue. The drawings also mark key elements such as electricity, lighting, equipment spacing, and safety buffer zones to help customers land the entire venue efficiently at one time.

In terms of equipment configuration, the customer chose a completely personalized customization plan. Especially in the visual presentation of the equipment, the customer specified that the core equipment pipes of the entire venue be customized in vibrant red, with an overall black background, making the training atmosphere more explosive and eye-catching, and enhancing brand recognition.

The most representative of these is a customized 12-meter-long CrossFit training rack, which provides large-capacity multi-person synchronous training support for the main training area of the venue. The training rack is equipped with a variety of expansion modules: pull-up bars, ring brackets, battle rope anchors, squash targets, barbell storage, etc. It is a comprehensive training rack system that integrates stretching, explosive training, and suspension training, meeting multiple training contents in the WOD course.

In addition, the customer also purchased three heavy-duty squat racks for independent strength training areas. This squat rack adopts a thickened steel pipe structure (3mm wall thickness), has strong stability and high safety level, and is equipped with multi-position adjustable hooks and safety brackets. It is suitable for squats, presses, deadlifts and other training movements, improving the flexibility and professionalism of the venue's free training space.

All of our CrossFit equipment is produced by Mango's independent factory. The entire set of equipment undergoes strict polishing, electrophoresis powder spraying, high-temperature baking paint and other processes before leaving the factory, and has multiple advantages such as anti-corrosion, anti-scratch, impact resistance, and easy cleaning.

Taking the training rack as an example, we use commercial-grade steel + double-layer powder coating technology, which not only ensures that the equipment can maintain the integrity of the paint surface and tight interfaces under high-frequency use, but also can operate stably for a long time in extreme environments such as high temperature and high humidity. At the same time, all products have passed European and American standard tests, and are packaged for multiple quality inspections before export to ensure safe and correct transportation.
