El Box 02 - CrossFit - Fitness Center, located in Cuenca, Ecuador, is a professional venue focusing on high-intensity functional training and one of the early CrossFit customers supported by Mango Fitness Equipment in South America.

Five years ago, when the founder of El Box 02 was preparing for a CrossFit training center, he found Mango Fitness Equipment through Google. After in-depth communication, the customer clearly expressed his high attention to the quality of the equipment, the space customization capability, and the support for the venue landing.

Therefore, we formed a special team led by the CrossFit project manager to provide support in multiple dimensions such as product selection, space adaptation, customized architecture, transportation and installation, so that the equipment is not only suitable, but also more professional, durable and easy to use.

Strength training in CrossFit training not only requires high frequency and high load, but also requires equipment to have long-term pressure bearing capacity. Based on this, we have configured the best-selling Precor style series strength training

l Main material selection:

The entire series uses GB Q235 high-strength rectangular steel pipes with specifications of 60×120×3mm. The steel of the whole machine is thick and has strong impact resistance, ensuring stability during high-frequency and high-intensity training.

l All-steel covering process:

The frame is an all-steel welded closed structure with a cavity-free design, which effectively prevents oxidation and deformation, and is particularly suitable for the humid and hot climate in South America.

l Environmentally friendly coating:

Using PFA brand environmentally friendly powder, the whole machine is sprayed with 3-4 layers of metal coating, and the coating thickness can reach 3.2-3.3mm. It has good anti-rust, anti-scratch and anti-corrosion capabilities, is harmless to the 

human body, and is far better than the common 1-2 layer spraying equipment on the market.

Equipped with XL-grade PU leather cushion, thick and flexible, moisture-proof and mildew-resistant, breathable and easy to clean, the color supports customization to meet the unified visual of the brand.

Adopt high-strength ABS pulley and nylon bearing wheel structure, with 8-strand 19-core steel wire cable, verified by 10,000 tensile tests, to ensure long-term operation without loss and slip.

l Handle and latch parts:

All handles are made of TPV rubber injection molding process, comfortable to hold, sweat-resistant and non-slip;

The seat height adjustment system adopts a metal latch positioning structure, which is easy to use, stable and reliable.

The training characteristics of CrossFit determine that its requirements for aerobic equipment are not "easy running", but emphasize the coordinated training of cardiopulmonary load and strength. We have equipped El Box 02 with the following high-performance aerobic equipment:

1. Fan car (aerodynamic bicycle)

Relying on the principle of air resistance, combined with hand and foot movements, the resistance automatically changes with the intensity of the movement, which is very suitable for HIIT training and short-term explosive output.

2. Rowing machine

By simulating real rowing, it activates the back, core and leg muscles, and completes full-body aerobic training in a single movement.

3. Ski machine

Simulate cross-country skiing movements, emphasize upper limb explosion and cardiopulmonary coordination, and cooperate with other equipment for cross training, so that the training is more systematic.

4. Curved Treadmill

The fully mechanical curved running design does not require electric drive, and relies entirely on the human body to drive the track. It is suitable for sprint training and natural step simulation, and improves explosive power and ground feedback sensitivity.

The structure of the El Box 02 venue is slightly irregular, and the customer hopes to achieve a "multi-area, multi-functional integration" training mode. Based on its on-site size and course requirements, we customized a complete set of CrossFit training rack systems for it, including:

The customized training rack adopts a modular splicing structure, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the changes in the venue. All welding and surface treatment processes are consistent with the main equipment, with unified style and matching quality.
